¿How March has started for you?
In the post of today, I want to show you one of the last sport trends that I recently discovered. Animal Flow is an innovate fitness program where you have to imit differents animal moves.
This training system it was surprised me for the fluid moves. We change from a movement to another like in a Yoga sequence. The movement is the key of this discipline.
Animal Flow has a lot of benefits: Improves the coordination,the mobility of the articulations and we can work the flexibility and elasticity. Also We tonify our muscles, we work our corporal strength and it help us to reduce the stress.
Without doubt, Animal Flow is a original and fun training, that help us to tonify our body in a different way.
