Training in the park, enjoy the outdoor sport with your baby!

Hello everyone!

How are you? Once again, I explain you a very useful training routine for all mothers.

One of the most important things of training is to stretch the whole body, so why not do it together with your baby in the park? Outdoor is the best way to practice sport, breathing fresh air with our movements. In addition, we can use our baby’s cart to help us. Your baby and you will have a very pleasant time while making movements together!
