Training with fit ball with Marco #EntrenaMAMIento

Hi everyone!

How are you? I hope you have returned with energy from the holidays, because today we come back with a new training video.

In this case, we will have the help of Marco and a new element, the ‘fit ball‘. Maybe you think it’s too easy, but we work a lot more than we think. It makes us work the stabilizing muscles and the central zone, so it is ideal to challenge the core and perform our warm-up. Once we are activated, we start with  crossed steps combining the two sides. Taking Marco in arms the leg gets more strength. I hope I encouraged you to try this type of training!
