In today’s video I want to talk about one of the training methods that I like, the ‘fluid ball’. Maybe you don’t know it, but it’s a very useful and entertaining way of training.
It’s a ball that contains water, which causes a constant resistance. Something that a ordinary ball would not provide! In addition, it’s easier to transport and an ideal way to work the core.
